The main thing is to add them to a sequence so you can start providing value and building that relationship. I go over how to do that in the next episode. This is all I used to do until I discovered Bonjoro and it's changed the way I think about customer onboarding.  Bonjoro allows you to send a personalized video message to the person who signed up for your list. It fully integrates with your email provider so you know the moment someone signs up and what they signed up for. You then create a 10-30 second welcome video and poof, you've blown the mind of your new subscriber. During this episode, I go into more detail about the software as well as how I'm using it.
